As a fully accredited family day care, Bright Beginning’s two muti-age locations are closely monitored to make sure we meet the accreditation standards. In many cases we exceed those standards. City of Madison Accreditation is offered to family child care providers only through Satellite.

Bright Beginnings meets all City of Madison accreditation standards and meets all Satellite membership requirements. As an accredited provider Bright Beginnings can care for children whose care is subsidized by the City of Madison. Satellite consultants visit providers a minimum of 5 times per year to ensure they are meeting the standards, and each provider goes through the re-accreditation process annually. Only accredited providers appear on the Satellite referral list.

As a Satellite accredited program Bright Beginnings is recognized with a 4-star rating in Wisconsin’s YoungStar Program quality rating and improvement system for child care.
