Sunbutter Chia Seed Pudding

3 T. chia seeds

½ cup milk OR dairy alternative

2 tsp. pure maple syrup

3 pitted dates, chopped

2 T. sunbutter OR nut butter of your choice

Invite your child to help measure and mix the ingredients for this snack. Stir the milk and chia seeds together in a bowl until no clumps remain. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying the pudding together.
